Card Categories and How They Work:
Universal Cards ("Majority Vote" & "Everybody" Categories): When drawn, these cards affect all players.

Personal Cards ("Standard," "Hot Seat," & "Keep It P" Categories): These are specific to the player who draws them. Only the drawer must follow the card’s instructions.
Dare Cards: The player who draws this card selects another player to perform the dare stated on the card.

Q+A Cards: The drawer reads the question or action aloud for everyone to respond or act upon. If the card does not list any answers, players must guess the answer and proceed as instructed by the card.
